Gibson Acoustics
My first experience with guitar was seeing my grandfather’s 60s Gibson Hummingbird! Ever since then, I’ve been hooked on Gibson Guitars. Having played hundreds of Gibson Acoustics during my time with Private Reserve Guitars, I found myself gravitating towards the robust sound of J200s and the warm, woody sound on J45s. Luckily, I was able to visit the Gibson Acoustic factory in Bozeman several years ago. Compared to the other major brands, Gibson has by far the most hand crafted parts of their guitars. It’s almost magical watching the craftsman at Gibson hand fit the neck into the neck joint! The Gibsons we get in have all been great sounding. We’ve been extremely impressed with every J45 Standard we’ve received!

Ltd. in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to make mandolin-family instruments.[1] Gibson invented archtop guitars by constructing the same type of carved, arched tops used on violins. By the 1930s, the company was also making flattop acoustic guitars, as well as one of the first commercially available hollow-body electric guitars, used and popularized by Charlie Christian.” …read more on Gibson Guitars Wikipedia.
